Established in 1987, the Arizona Trustee Association has become a leading source for information, expertise and opinion on non-judicial foreclosure issues and practices. The ATA was created to educate members on real estate matters, monitor legislation that may impact the trustee sale process and formulate legislation designed to improve the quality of trust deed service in general. ATA Members are always current on relevant case law, attend the best educational meetings and trade shows in the industry, and collectively advocate before the Arizona State legislature.
ATA membership includes attorneys, title companies, escrow companies, financial institutions, loan servicing companies, investors, independent foreclosure companies, newspapers and posting, publishing and auction companies. In short, it is comprised of individuals and companies involved in the service, support and completion of trustee sales of real property deeds of trust.
